The ''Bridges Over Oceans and Seas'' program aims to create international connections and collaborations within education, opening opportunities for students and teachers to interact and learn in a global environment. The program aims to stimulate foreign language learning, especially English, and to facilitate cultural and educational exchange between schools in Romania and other countries.
